It is our intention to make shopping with us a pleasant experience.  We realize that problems occur when our clocks are shipped, in spite of our attempt to package them securely.  Our policies below attempt to mirror these intentions.

SHIPPING

We normally ship our clocks via United States Priority Mail Service, with insurance against loss or damage.  We normally ship within two days of your order.   If you prefer us to ship using United States Postal Express Mail service, please email us immediately after placing your order.  Additional charges will apply.

If your clock arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

WE SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES, US APO ADDRESSES AND US TERRITORIES ONLY.

RETURNS

You may return your alarm clock within 14 days for a refund, no questions asked.  We will deduct only our shipping cost from your refund, provided that you return the clock in the condition received.  After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
